FINE PRINT & FAQ

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS:

 

All memberships should be exclusively for the person/household signing up, and only that person/household. We do not recommend buying a subscription as a gift as we will be monitoring the secondary market for flipping and abusing the subscription model for the financial gain of any of our members. Memberships are meant for one household and should not be split amongst multiple people. If we find that a subscription is being shared by multiple people outside of the same household we will cancel your membership. If you try to sell your subscription to someone else, the membership will be terminated and all parties involved will be banned from future memberships as well as future Munktiki releases.

Once you sign up for a membership, you will maintain that membership until you choose to cancel or upgrade. All members will automatically be charged quarterly for their subscription. We recommend that you keep your payment info updated as any failed payments will result in membership termination. Members are welcome to upgrade and downgrade their memberships as they see fit, but if you downgrade from the Blind Tiger tier you are forfeiting your place and will have to sign up for the waitlist.

FLIPPING:

 

We do our best to keep flippers and scalpers at bay, but sometimes tactics used can allow them to go unnoticed at first. We will be vigilant in our attempts to keep said "collectors" out of the subscription service as best we can. If we find that anyone is abusing their membership, their membership will be immediately terminated and banned from future memberships as well as future Munktiki releases.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

 

If your item or items are damaged in shipment please notify us via email asap and we will report the damage to the selected shipping company. It is absolutely essential for you to hold onto all packing material, box included.

In the meantime we will get started on a replacement for your broken piece which could take up to 2-3 weeks.

We take excellent care when wrapping and packing your mugs wrapping them in corrugated wrap and packed with ample recyclable packing materials.

RETURNS:

 

All subscription box sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

 

You may cancel your subscription at any time unless your order has already shipped.

 

PRIVACY POLICY:

 

We do not share any of your personal information, period! Your credit card/banking info is not stored on our site.
